Betty is the Director Global Engagement at Inspiring Futures Education.  In her role, Betty has overall responsibility for international and domestic recruitment across the IFE schools, managing a team of International Recruitment Officers in key international source regions globally, as well as admissions and marketing.  She joined IFE in 2021 and has more than 15 years of experience working with international students.

Betty’s passion for working in international education started whilst she was studying for her degree in English in International Communications and Cultural Studies at the University of Kent.

Prior to joining IFE, Betty was Director, International Recruitment at Mander Portman Woodward (MPW), an operator of sixth form colleges in London, Birmingham and Cambridge.  At MPW, she was responsible for admissions, recruitment and international marketing for the MPW group.  Previously, she was International Recruitment Manager – Middle East, North Africa and Central Europe at BPP University from 2011 to 2014.  From 2009 to 2011, Betty was International Admissions Manager, Foundation OnCampus and then Business Development Manager at Cambridge Education Group and also held a similar role at Global Graduate Education.

Outside work, Betty’s main interests include travelling, yoga and Turkish cooking.
